This place is amazing. You have the climb a few stairs but it's absolutely worth it. Very clean and high quality and you can't ask better for location. Right in the middles of Lucca, yet very quiet. The only reservation we had, was with the check in where the want you to use there website which required you provided a lot info including you a credit cards. If that does not bother you (or if they fix that) I would highly recommend that place.

Wonderful location within the walls. Easy access to cafes, shops, restaurants and markets. The interior was well appointed, especially the kitchen. The Washer/Dryer was out of commission during our stay so you might want to check about that if its important. About a 15-20 walk to train station. One bedroom faces the interior of the buildings and is very quiet. Other bedroom faces a main Via, but is not overly noisy, but something to note. Good water pressure in the shower. We had some issues with the heater during our stay, but they came and fixed it immediately so we were very happy with the response. Overall would recommend.
