This condo was exactly what I needed for my stay in Manila. It's right next to Venice Mall - a wide variety of options for food, shopping, and entertainment, all within walking distance. No need to worry about taxis - everything was right there. The area is also well-connected by public transport, so venturing out to explore the city was a breeze. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a convenient and great location in Manila!

The place was GREAT. The view from the balcony was awesome. The Gondola ride from the Venice Grand Canal Mall was directly below the balcony. View was amazing at night too! The place was clean, overall. Jhaz and Richard are always answering my inqueries and are very friendly! Building staff are friendly as well. The place was just 5mins walk to the mall. Right in front of the building is as 24/7 grocery for all your needs too (if you dont wanna go to the mall). Its quiet all throughout the day except for some planes taking off, which we didnt mind, coz it adds to the beauty of the area, besides, it wasn't that noisy.

what can I say ? for a couple who wants a getaway,to start a romance or to rekindle a romance,this place will ignite you,whether you want to relax and take in the views,or dine out at the many restaurants within walking distance,the choice is yours,ok there are planes taking off and the unavoidable street sounds,but to me it highlighted what a vibrant place manila is,I would like to thank Jhasmine for her hospitality,and to Richard,who kindly has opened his world up for the simple people like me,to experience a holiday that will be remembered forever,and for rekindling my relationship,I know it all sounds to good to be true,but you know,sometimes you find gold in the middle of the desert,and for me I found it,price wise,a steak,location,outstanding,cleanliness,just like home,features,view, proximity,helpful friendly security,and front desk,Jhasmine even rang me after check out,to inform me I left my phone charger and cable,and promptly met me in . lobby to return ,thank you Jhasmine
