We felt like we were at home. All the conveniences in the home and a very detailed home. You can definitely tell Charlie thought of everything. We will be repeat guests!!!

Thrilled with the location. Is in a settled, quaint neighborhood. Charlie and his wife are friendly, excellent hosts. They created a homey, comfortable space. We found outdoor games and beach toys in the box in the front patio. They even had kids dishes and utensils, a baby bouncer, and a high chair! So sweet! The older kids enjoyed the hot tub. We adults enjoyed grilling and hanging out in the outdoor space with our family. Plenty of space for nine adults, two kids, a toddler, and two babies! We highly recommend this affordable home!

Charlie’s home was a perfect place for our golf getaway! The unit was clean and organized and had all amenities necessary. I would recommend Charlie’s unit to anybody who wants to stay in the Tampa area.

This place has everything and room for everyone! Big bedrooms with lots of room to spread out. Host communication was easy and helpful. We'd definitely book with Charlie again.
