Brenda was super quick to respond to us which I really appreciated. The house was very nice and relaxing. We saw egrets, blue heron and fish (catfish, sheepshead, mullet, snook and blue crab) right from the pier. There were dolphins in the canal multiple times. We brought our boat which is a 22ft Carolina Skiff. It fit perfectly at the floating dock. We took the boat to anclote key sandbar which was so pretty. We had to put our boat in at the public ramp near Hooters in Port Richey which was about a half hour ride. There is a ramp very close to the house but it’s only for people who live in the comunity and have a key. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool and hanging out in the lanai. The house isn’t far from shopping & grocery stores which was convenient. We took an Uber one evening to downtown New Port Richey for about $22 round trip. Overall was a nice trip but too quick!

Just like the pictures! Super clean. Very quiet location with a beautiful pool and great fishing off the dock. Sunsets were gorgeous. Nice getaway for relaxing away from the busy main tourist locations.

We lived our time at the house. The house was very clean and looked great. The pool was warm and the cover was easy to figure out. Plenty of towels and other essentials. Thanks! We will definitely recommend the house.

This house was perfect and we’ll be rebooking in the future! Well-stocked, SUPER clean, matched all the photos. What you can’t see from the listing is that the canal is quite wide, enough so that it feels more like true waterfront than just on a canal. Kids loved fishing off the dock and feeding the little fish by the seawall. The salt water pool was perfect for our kids, shallow end was 3-3 1/2 feet deep and the deep end seemed about 5 1/2. Fred Howard Park beach is family-friendly and about 20 minutes away, it was also great having a Publix so close by and Aldi not far either.
