We had the best vacation at Carrie's place! The check in process couldn't have been easier, and the property looked exactly like the pictures. We had a group of 6 consisting if 3 adults and 3 kids (14, 13, 11) and had plenty of room; the layout if the home is great, we never felt like we were on top of each other. We loved fishing off the dock, kayaking and paddle boarding through the canal, and swimming in the perfectly heated pool. The amenities were fantastic. The welcome book was incredibly helpful when it came to planning our days, Carrie and her family have great taste! If you're considering this property, you won't regret it! 10/10 I would book here again.

We loved the setting, the house was great, open and bright. View out the back over the pool and into the intercoastal was outstanding. Great place to fish right off the deck, and the TV's were great and very new. Also easy to get to supermarkets, restaurants, and we really enjoyed downtown New Port Richey, Sims park, the Cottee river and dog walks in the neighborhood. We would do this vacation again, and have to say Carrie was the best! We were escaping the Midwest winter and got to spend 2 weeks in great weather, 2 days it hit 80 degrees and most days were 70's and high 60's, I know Mid-January and into February is sometimes iffy on weather but for us, great, never rained during the daytime. Thanks again Rick and Carrie...by the way we are Big Ten grads and like IU a lot, we are Don Penn State and LouAnn the Buckeyes! All the best... Don and LouAnn

We enjoyed our first stay in Florida! It was nice to relax around the pool and make meals at the house. The view of the canal and pool were lovely. Carrie quickly to all of my questions. Thanks for letting us stay at your home! Melissa and Terry
