Brand new tiny home full of natural light. Set on a quarter acre overlooking banana, olive and persimmon trees, plus an abundant vegetable patch where guests can help themselves to chilli, herbs and spring onions. Modern kitchen and bathroom with full size oven, cooktop and fridge, plus aircon, skylight and rain shower. The main house and part of the garden is occupied by a young family of long term renters. You need to pass through the side gate of the main house to get to the tiny home. Our house has a beautiful panoramic view of the area and lots of space in the garden. Only a few streets back from Lake Illawarra and a 5 minute drive to Warrawong Plaza and Port Kembla Beach.

Lake Heights is a small suburb about 15 minutes drive south of Wollongong CBD. As Lake Heights is so close to the steelworks, this area was largely populated by Greek, Italian and Lebanese migrants after the second world war. You'll see lots of 60's red brick homes, citrus and olive trees and the best burek outside of Lebanon.
Beautiful Lake Illawarra is just 5 minutes walk from the property.
This is an ideal location if you have a car as everything you need is within 15 minutes. While there is easy public transport to areas such as Warrawong, Unanderra, Dapto and Port Kembla, we recommend booking accommodation in Wollongong CBD if you need regular access to the city or university and don't have a car.
The nearest train station is Unanderra which is 10 minutes drive away.
The tiny home is situated on a quiet street and there is plenty of free street parking but please be mindful of others and avoid double parking unnecessarily.
