We stayed at Nick's place for four nights, and it exceeded our expectations. It was better than a five-star hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and the neighborhood. Everything was impeccably clean, and our room offered the perfect blend of privacy and comfort. Access to the kitchen and amenities provided by Nick made our stay even more convenient. The building itself was remarkably quiet. The neighborhood was charming, with Ballard downtown just a 10-minute walk away. Nick was incredibly helpful and responded promptly to all our inquiries. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this place to others.

By far one of the best Airbnb properties I’ve ever stayed at. The cleanliness of the entire home was immaculate, let alone the room I stayed in. The room having its own bathroom is a huge plus! Bed was very comfortable, no issues whatsoever with internet speed, and walkability to shops and food is excellent. Was not bothered at all by other folks staying onsite. I was out most of the time but upon return it was very peaceful and quiet. I can see street parking possibly being an issue but I wouldn’t let that keep me from booking with Nick again. I’m very satisfied and impressed with my stay. Thank you, Nick!
