Great location, easy check-in and very clean!

Martin’s studio was clean, easy to find, and is located close to some wonderful local restaurants and coffee houses. His unit faces a very busy thoroughfare that can get quite noisy during the day. Parking can be challenging in the afternoons during evening rush hour between the hours of 3 to 7 P.M. Parking on the surrounding streets requires understanding Seattle’s placement of signage showing where parking is permitted. The studio is cozy and suitable for no more than two travelers. The loft sleeping area requires climbing a latter to access the queen sized bed. I’m a senior, so I opted for the sofa that becomes a bed. A mattress topper is provided for that purpose and does not disappoint. Therefore, this studio may not be appropriate for seniors or anyone with mobility issues. Martin’s unit is a great value and I enjoyed my stay.

I've stayed at Martin's place many times while in Ballard and love it. Great location and the place is modern with great finishes. I enjoy it and you can't beat the price. He's a great host. Will be back again when I stay in Seattle.
