The secondary bedroom on the first floor has a heater, but no air conditioner, so a tower fan is available for use to help keep guests cool in warmer weather. Two full bathrooms are on the first and third floors also. The first-floor bathroom has a bathtub, and the third-floor bathroom is ensuite to the primary bedroom, with a luxurious step-in, fully tiled shower. A sleek, stainless steel kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, coffee mugs, a toaster, and a drip coffee maker. Currently, guests must provide their own spices and cooking oils, but the Safeway grocery store is just a short walk away and can be conveniently accessed through the park across the street. **NO SMOKING (no cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana) inside or on the roof deck + a strict fine for breaking rule. **NO PARTIES **NO PETS ** NO unauthorized overnight guests.
