What a great place! One of our favorite AirBnb's. I would not bring shipwrecked in this cozy (yet spacious!) place full of good books and comfy spots to read. Host was great and provided lots of treats and other fun stuff for our dog. We shall return!

I'm writing this from the prospective of a handicapped person. I use a walker most of the time, and need bars and bathroom accommodations to truly be comfortable. you guessed it, when I travel this isn't always going to happen, so when you find a great handicap place you really want to shout it out~! . The bathroom was perfect - lots of grab bars, big walk in shower, built in seat, hand spray. IF you are in a wheel chair this is a perfect spot, the only thing might be to ask Eric to move a few chairs around before you show up. (blue arm chair by single bed room, and maybe 2 kitchen chairs) Otherwise the place is perfection for a wheel chair. the single bed - bedroom even has a adjustable bed specifically for wheelchair bound! Even if you are not handicap it's such a lovely charming space. my favorite color is blue, and with the nautical theme that is the predominate color.. but everything was comfy and clean and even had snacks and a few items in the fridge/freezer 4 u!

This is our second time here.its such a great place to recuperate from knee replacement, All on one level from car to anywhere in the house. Kitchen is very well equipped. Lots of thoughtful amenities.

Perfect location and space for our needs. Very charming place and special touches throughout. Furniture covers provided so our dog could make himself at home on the couch or bed. Wonderful host!

Eric was the perfect host. My flight arrived late and he allowed my family to check in before I arrived and they had dinner ready for me in his fully stocked kitchen. This was the best air bnb experience I’ve had. I can’t think of one thing that could have been better. The space was spotless, spacious and lacked nothing a “real” home would have. My adult kids spent quite a bit of time there with me and we all kept saying how comfortable we were and didn’t want to leave. In fact, I actually extended my stay for an extra night. It would take me too long to write all of the positives. I’ll definitely be back as I have family 1.5 miles from his place. ✅💯🎉👍
