Refurbished original wooden floors throughout, glass chandeliers, full kitchen, and the latest home entertainment make this cottage a place you will never want to leave. The large kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, free standing island and unique charm. Italian crockery service for 8. Full range of pots, pans, utensils and serving dishes. Open plan lounge with chandeliers, comfy slipcovered sofa and armchairs, and freestanding gas fireplace make it the perfect place to curl up with a book or watch movies. As an airbnb host myself, I was blown away by Molly’s place in Pacific Beach! I loved having the bay and the boardwalk just steps away. The unit itself is super cozy and well equipped. It does not feel like a vacation rental, but rather a home that I would live in! I wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely be back. 10/10 recommend!

My family and I had a great time at this cottage. Location was excellent! The cottage had all of the amenities we needed. We had an easy walk to both the bay and the beach. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The only negative thing I would say is the street noise is pretty bad. You can hear people walking on the street and talking/yelling. The location of the cottage is next to The Catamaran Resort, and their delivery trucks stop right next to the cottage every morning at about 545-6am.

The cottage is located in north end of Mission Beach, one house away from the bay and a 2 min walk to the ocean. Close to many restaurants, bars, shopping but private enough to have your own space.

-- 1/4 mile to Garnet Ave; which makes up the heart of Pacific Beach, where you can find great shopping, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Trader Joe's, Vons, a 24 hour fitness, many yoga studios, and much more..
-- 1 block to the nearest bus stop.
-- 1.5 miles to Historic Belmont Park where you can ride the roller coaster, eat some ice cream, and watch the people walk by as you enjoy a drink at one of the oceanfront bars/restaurants.
-- 3.5 miles to Sea World
-- 8 miles to North Park - The center of hip beer bars and breweries!
--Less than 9 miles to Downtown San Diego and the Gaslamp Quarter; which provide fun night life and more upscale restaurants and bars.

-- 9 miles to the airport and downtown Amtrak station.
