Cute private studio that is located behind the main home with a private entrance and separate driveway with privacy fence away from the main home. The space offers a comfortable queen bed, 32 inch smart TV, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen utensils. The shower is separate from the toilet room. Pet friendly with a good size yard. Grocery store, convenience store, and coffee shop all within walking distance. Less than 2 miles to downtown Deland. The shower room is is separate from the toilet room. No sink - kitchen sink available

I had paid for a month-stay, however, the efficiency had a musty smell that spread from the shower, toilet, and under the sink areas. There was a wall scent diffuser in the unit, but it did not help. The hostess doubted my complaint until I took some pictures of the areas I mentioned.
such a great place to stay! it was very clean and exactly as pictured. will definitely stay again if i ever need! thank you so much for communicating with me when needed as well
