The Yellow House is a modernized colonial era duplex located a block from the river, Art Yard and walking distance to shops. The pumpkin pine floors and original windows take you back to a time when things were handcrafted, the utilities and structure have been updated for energy efficiency. Able to sleep 6 (7th on the couch) in 2 full beds, a twin pull out and a twin folding cot. A convertible crib playpen is readily available for use. Parking for 2 vehicles, public parking nearby. No pets. Beds have night stands with power. A makeup vanity with illuminated mirror is available in the smaller bedroom. The cot is in the larger bedroom and can be moved. A folding crib is available to use in the larger bedroom and can be moved. A twin size pull out bed is available in the living room and the couch can be used as a bed if needed.
