Come relax and restore in this peaceful and unique studio apartment bathed in sunlight along the Delaware River. Comfortably sleeps 4 (2 couples or a family) and is equipped with a mini-kitchen (fridge, hot plate, microwave, toaster, Keurig). As a bonus, the apartment comes with a sauna (Sunlight Sauna for INFRARED therapy) to be enjoyed by our guests. There is a private entrance with ample parking in the back driveway that includes a basketball court for those who are moved to play!

I was extremely satisfied to find this gem of a place, so that I can be close to my son and his family when I come to visit them. This was exactly what I was looking for and was not disappointed. Margaret is a great host with a great place and I look forward to visiting again!!
Great stay! Super welcoming host who checked in on us through messaging. The place was so cute and private. Everything about it was welcoming and the neighborhood was like a story book.
Had a great stay for a couple nights as we were in town for a wedding. Got to take some nice walks by the Delaware river and to a couple restaurants and bars in town. The space felt clean and cozy and was just as listed. Bathroom was a good size, bed was comfy, felt private enough, and had a nook for coffee and an electric burner. Margaret was a great host and very responsive.

River town on the border of Riverton/Palymra along the Delaware River. Next to a bridge that brings you into the Philadelphia metro area within 10 minutes. If driving, Center City is less than 20 minutes away.
Lots of street parking and private parking in our driveway. There is a lovely street, mostly for pedestrians and dogs, that lends itself to beautiful walks along the River for up to 1 mile in one direction and a nature conservancy area that is less than 2 miles away by foot in the other direction. There is also a Riverline train station a walk away from the house that takes you into Philly.
