Escape to Serenity: New Country Home with Stunning Sunset Views. Nestled in the tranquil Texas countryside and minutes from the new Bois D'arc lake boat ramp. Our modern abode offers a peaceful retreat on 33 acres. Wake up to the sounds of nature, spend your days exploring the land, and cap off each evening with a spectacular sunset and fire pit. This new home is the perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm, providing an idyllic private setting for families, couples, and friends alike. New and well-maintained, single-story home with ceramic floors throughout that makes it easy to get around for young and old alike. Three bedrooms with a master that has a king, french doors to back patio, and attached master bath with walk in closet; second bedroom with queen bed and access to back covered patio; and a third with two full-size bunkbeds. Front and back covered patios with lighting in the evening while also enjoying views of stars in the expansive Texas sky. Relaxing hammock chair and swing on back patio. Ping Pong, Air Hockey, and games to enjoy. Plenty of space to explore outside across the rolling fields, some trails, and plenty of woods with privacy. Contemporary kitchen and outside gas grill make it easy to entertain family and friends.

Lovely quiet place to stay
A beautiful view and sunset! We came up for a wedding and traveled with our 5 month old and our friends 18 month old so we really enjoyed the privacy of this home and the ease of just being able to run out to the car if we had forgotten something out there. with that being said we also enjoyed the cleanliness of the home, I must say I think this is the cleanest airbnb we have ever stayed in. Between the four adults that stayed we have no complaints and only compliments for this property! In fact, we might just come back every year!
We had a great stay for the eclipse at Ryan's place. The house is just as described, and is on a peaceful, beautiful property just a few minutes off the highway. Note that the property is not in Dodd City proper, but it's close by. You're 15 minutes from the grocery store and Wal-Mart in Bonham, and about 30 mins from Paris. The road off the highway and driveway are gravel, but we had no problems in our sedans, even after a heavy storms. And the sunsets are amazing!
Beautiful getaway with beautiful sunsets! The property is large so lots of space to enjoy the things your family enjoys doing on a large piece of property! The stars are beautiful at night and all kinds of birds are singing loudly in the morning! : )

Home is off a country road and private. No views of neighbors and has a long, private driveway. Opportunity for walks on the property and country road with views of wildlife.
Plenty of parking on private driveway. Requires visitors to have their own transportation.
