The Host is nice and responsive but the bathroom is smelly and it was advertised na may Bidet but there's none. They said it has free drinking water but when I checked in there's none and I will be the one who shoulf refill it, they delivered it midnight so okay naman but we already bought one sa supermarket. The major issue is the privacy, we left to swim on the 4th floor, and when we came back nawala na yung rice namin and it has been cleaned but hindi pa namin check out and we are concern with the things we left but I'm glad walang nawala, but no one told us na someone entered the room while we're out not until I asked them.

Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Accessible and malapit sa gateway mall. Very responsive din si host. Tho same experience and feedback lang din sa other reviews may unpleasant smell yung CR

Disappointing. Booked 2 months prior and then the host decided to change our unit LAST MINUTE when we are already at the lobby. Very inconsiderate and irresponsible considering they had enough time to tell us in advance about the transfer. The guard told us other guest is in the unit when we were supposed to be the one checking in. Very stressful. Had to accept the transfer because we need to rest quickly even though it's such a downgrade. We travelled all the way from Pangasinan just to be treated that way....
