Everything was in good condition. Quiet neighborhood.
Upon entering the apartment, it was dusty and needed sweeping. The bathroom was wet on the floor and the toilet was clogged ( tried plunging and the plunger was broken…I had to buy one). The beds were not well made; as if someone just pulled the sheets back and there was a palled up sheet under one of the pillows….makes you wonder if it was clean I booked with kids, so WiFi was required and the welcome said WiFi password would be available, it wasn’t - I tried contacting Airbnb and got the runaround, contacted evolve got the same. We had a kitchen with pots, pans, dishes and no dish drainer. Remove the plastic bag off the bed and get a mattress cover that doesn’t wake the sleeper every-time they roll over. The small room could have been bunk beds; it was like having my child sleep on the floor. There needs to be a list of contact numbers clearly outlining who to call in case things happen. For me this was a last minute rental, however this seemed like a last minute service provider
