Was very excited about Hot tub, never heated up, stayed at 86°. Started noticing trash by the couch, the trash can in garage was full to the brim with trash, beer cans. One shower didn’t work at all, had aerosol can room spray that was from the 90’s, didn’t even work. Toilet clogged right away just going #1. Kitchen was good, I was able to cook food just fine, fridge was clean. We played some games then headed to bed, one of our friends got comfy in bed and noticed their back was getting damp, they got up and realized it was pee. The mattress was soaked with pee, we then started looking under beds and looking at the other mattresses and saw a used condom, debris and nutshells. This made us really uncomfortable. One of our friends left the Airbnb altogether. Worst stay. Evolve said they’d call us back with a resolution and didn’t call until the morning. We did receive a refund and Cia apologized for our issues. I will never use Evolve ever again.

Great location and amenities. Hot tub is a great addition. Highly recommended!
