Ness at the Park, is a luxury family home overlooking one of Inverness' most desirable gardens and play-parks. We are just a 10 minute walk up the river to Inverness City Centre, or just a moments walk to the beautiful Ness Islands. Ness at the Park offers a wonderful modern open plan living room and kitchen. The high end kitchen is fully equipped including full height fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a breakfast bar for dining. The beautiful velvet sofa is lovely to curl up on after a busy day, and perhaps watch a movie on the smart TV. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms, both have superking beds (with the option to split one room in to a twin). There is a recently renovated bathroom, with shower over bath, a fully enclosed back garden and driveway parking for one car.

Fab place to stay in Inverness, very easy to walk to local restaurants, pubs and the centre of town. Right by the river as well which makes for lovely for a walk. Would 100% stay again.
It was really a wonderful place to stay. Felt right at home.
Lovely property, decorated stylishly. Very clean inside and out, everything we needed. An ideal property for our dog with fully enclosed garden and only 2 minute walk to the islands on the River Ness for exercising him. An easy walk to the City Centre which was ideal. The host had laid on tea, coffee, milk and biscuits which we found a nice touch. Inside the property the beds were very comfortable as was the stylish couch. The open plan kitchen and living room was ideal as we bonded well as a family. We would recommend this property highly and would love to return in the future.
Jill’s place in Inverness is a gem. Centrally located and very convenient to all the area has to offer, I wish we had been able to stay longer. Comfortable linens and beds and plenty of space for our small family and two dogs. The washer and *dryer* were a bonus! Highly recommend to though visiting any time of year and we’re excited to go back.
It is a beautiful and well kept house. Jill was so proactive and accommodating. The house is more than well equipped and very clean. Would love to rent out the space again!! Would 110% recommend this listing without a doubt! Thank you so much Jill:)

Bellfield Park is a tranquil close surrounding a beautiful public gardens and play park. You will also find a tennis court, outdoor gym and bike hire within this area.
We are set just off the Ness Islands and its beautiful river walks.
It is just a 10 minute stroll in to the city centre.
