Phil’s place is great! Its location was so peaceful. It was easy to check in, all amenities listed were available, and Phil is very responsive!

This place is a tiny home pretty far from everywhere, wooded, secluded, and private. We were there for the eclipse and it was everything we wanted. If you are in the area for fishing, or just to get away, this would be a great base. 20 minutes takes you to either of two towns for provisions. (Or out to the lake.) The amenities were thoroughly provided and thought out for cooking and general housekeeping. Much more complete than is average for a new AirBnB. Phil checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. I suspect that the place will only become more finished over time. We were very happy here.
