Now a beautiful site with a vast range of unique, quirky and privately owned accommodation, including beach chalets, bungalows and lodges. For those seeking surf, beginners to experienced surfers and bodyboarders can enjoy doorstep breaks at Hayle Rivermouth and Mexico Towans, both within walking distance of the park. Paddle boarding and kayaking on the Estuary, as well as kitesurfing and windsurfing are popular all year round. Hayle is home to the RSPB Hayle Estuary Reserve, Paradise Park Wildlife Sanctuary, Hayle Lido, ice cream parlours, gift shops, great food (including Cornwall's best Pasties from Philps), pubs and supermarkets.
