A bright and spacious first floor two bedroom apartment able to sleep up to 5 people. Ideal for families, couples and contractors. Located opposite Hayle harbour near beaches, local shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and a lido. Hayle's 3-mile golden beach is popular with surfers, locals, and day trippers. Very close to the property only a 5-10 minutes walk. Ideal spot within Hayle and perfect location to explore Cornwall. Our charming apartment is constructed from locally-sourced Cornish stone, and was originally a fully functioning dairy. There is a small-lit balcony area out front, you can pull out our fold-up table and chairs and sit outside on nice warm Cornish evenings and enjoy the view of Hayle estuary. All bedding & towels are provided We are situated just off Hayle's high street, nestled amidst local residents and all local amenities. The apartment has an open plan lounge/dining area and is equipped with a 4 seater recliner sofa, coffee table, dining table, chairs a large 42-inch tv with streaming services only, and a Bluetooth speaker. The apartment features a galley kitchen area with all basic cooking necessities. A spacious master bedroom with skylights, a king-size bed, dressing table, hairdryer, mirror, and plenty of clothes storage with our built-in wardrobe. A single air mattress is also available under the king-size bed with all bedding and towels supplied if required. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, bath/ shower & Faith in Nature's body wash, shampoo & conditioner. The second bedroom is furnished with a single bunk bed offering a perfect opportunity for stargazing on a clear night through the overhead skylight. The central heating system is easy to use with just a simple flick of a switch to turn it on and off. There is on-site parking in the driveway for one vehicle directly in front of the property. For a second vehicle, there is plenty of options for parking within a 2-minute walk. A detailed area will is sent to you upon booking. The property has a mixture of art from very talented local artists which we work with and support We are conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Hayle train station with services to St Ives and Penzance, or wider Cornwall, and a variety of locations across the UK. Alternatively, the property is a short 12-minute drive to St Ive's and 15 minutes to Penzance. It is also within close proximity to bus stops with services to other destinations in wider Cornwall. The property's location does not make use of a car essential during your stay. My family and I only needed somewhere to sleep for the one night, close to St Ives. We checked in early evening, went out for a meal, had a shower, slept and left at 9am. Consequently, we did not spend much time in the property, but it was perfect for what we needed / wanted.
A very nice flat, within half an hour to St Ives and Penzance, the room was clean and tidy and the view in front of the flat was great for walking. Thank you Joseph!
The place was amazing very well maintained , clean and had a parking spot which was very convenient. Joseph and Stacy very available when required and gave clear instructions. Location was very nice just 5 mins away from hayle beach , restaurants and grocery stores. Also st Ives was just a 15 min drive

The backstory about Me, Clarice, Our cleaner Stacy, and our properties: It starts with my Dad, who has been a builder for 40 years with block laying being his starting trade. He has built 7 properties mostly by himself in that time and renovated/ worked on many more. In 2014 he found this piece of land in which our properties are located and were derelict for many years and a real eye sore to the area. He brought the derelict buildings with a friend of his and their plan was to get the planning approved and sell it on to avoid all the hassle that building 7 properties would cause. However, after a long and tedious 4 years of planning meetings and back and forth they finally got planning on it and after all that time my Dad decided he would like to build these seven properties but his partner did not want to. So my Dad with my Mums permission decided to remortgage their house and brought out his partner and set to work in setting up a company and getting a loan from the bank to build these 7 properties. His original idea was to build and sell them but as time went on and after countless hours on site he became attached to the site and towards the end, he only decided to sell 3 which was just enough to cover the bank loan and keep the rest. Due to him doing it mostly by himself and the pandemic being an obstacle for him this project took 5 years to build and upon finishing the properties he sold 3 of the properties: Houses 4, 5 & 6 to our lovely neighbour who sold her previous house to buy them and she gave one to her son, one to her daughter which is one of the properties on our profile and she chose to live in the last one. Where I come into things: Around 12 months before the properties were finished, me being a bricklayer for 5 years (From age 18 - 23) I saved up enough and was going to buy The Coach House from my Dad upon completion to have as a holiday let/ passive income and try to move away from Bricklaying due to back and knee problems. As it got closer and closer to the finish date and myself taking a break from bricklaying for a year I decided to not buy The Coach House but instead to set up a management company with my partner Clarice to manage the 4 properties Dad has kept as a new adventure/ test for us. As you can imagine my Dad was apprehensive at first entrusting 4 properties to a 24-year-old and 22-year-old with no experience. but somehow managed to persuade him and my Mum was always supportive of the idea after we helped furnish them to try and create properties perfect for Airbnb. Clarice which helped loads in this part of the project, studied Interior Architecture at Falmouth University which was helpful in deciding some of the finishing touches and for creating the lovely welcome books that are available in the properties. The Airbnbs have helped her massively in her field of work and what ever her next endeavour might be, she is also responsible for the lovely listing pages and check in photos. Our original idea was to clean them ourselves but we quickly realized its just too much for us especially as we live 30 minutes away, but luckily the property across the road from the site had a cleaner called Stacy which my Dad got to know over the years of building and we offered it to her which she happily accepted. Stacy and her team handle it incredibly well with a very high-quality level of work and could not have gone smoother working together. As we were furnishing the properties one of our priorities was to make it easy to clean for her while feeling homely so we worked with her and asked for advice. None of this is possible without Stacy and her team and we are incredibly grateful for crossing paths with her and will be happy working with her for many years to come and trying to constantly improve to make everyone's experience better in this new business venture. Despite being a new adventure/ business that I, nor Clarice have ever done before we have been very fortunate and have not had too many growing pains or severe incidents with the properties we thoroughly enjoy every moment of our new life and plan to continue this for as long as possible. My Dad, on the other hand, was supposed to 'retire' after these properties were finished. in which he repeated many times throughout the build process but it turns out he just can't help himself. Even being 58 years old now. So he decided to renovate our house in the Falmouth area where there is a 2-bedroom apartment below and he is making it into an incredibly ultra modern and luxury Airbnb. This property will most likely be available from April and will be on our profile as well for all to enjoy. We have taken what we have now learned since the start of our journey with the properties in Hayle and will be implementing it from the get-go to create a perfect Airbnb experience.
