Barrio tranquilo y bonito
We had a wonderful stay at Samuel's place! The neighborhood is gorgeous, full of beautiful plants and trees, and full of great restaurants and coffee shops. We took our dog over to the dog park at Parque Mexico every day. Samuel was an exceptionally great host--proactively communicating, super friendly, and had great resources for us with recommendations and important info (like how to get medicine or a doctor if you need). We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Great place (cozy, lots of fun things around, easy, and clean), great host (communicative, helpful with recommendations), and great spot to visit Mexico City. The bed was comfortable, the living room felt like your own, and there was even a place to work. All around - very pleased with our stay and would recommend this place to others!
Samuels place was incredible. In the perfect location on the Amsterdam loop, great for exploring Mexico City. We worked from here for a week and enjoyed it so much, the internet was fast and reliable, the building quiet and safe and the apartment itself was cute with lush tree filled window views. Would definitely recommend and will stay when we’re back in the city!
we really enjoyed the neighborhood, park like trees everywhere. enjoyable to walk around all times of day especially at night. great restaurants. Surprisingly the vegan place: Ojo de Maiz up the street was some of the best food we have had in mexico and we aren't even vegan

Condesa is a vibrant yet tranquil oasis in the middle of it all, and this apartment finds itself on the most desired of addresses, the iconic Avenida Amsterdam. While walking through Condesa, you will not even need a destination. Wherever you go in this urban Oasis, you will feel like you are exactly where you want to be. The lush vegetation, art-deco architecture, almost comical amount of cafes, restaurants and bars contribute to make this highly sought out destination truly utopian. Despite its popularity, Condesa has managed to pull off something few Mexico City neighborhoods can lay claim to: tranquility.
There are so many great options to get around. When you arrive, I would most recommend taking a stroll down Amsterdam to get a feel for the utter charm of this neighborhood. Once you have your bearings a bit, I would recommend renting an ecobici to explore Condesa, Roma, Escandon and beyond. Ride share apps such as Uber, Cabify, and Didi are highly recommended and quite cheap as well.
