This place is setup with very basic needs to keep the cost low for you. Majority of the guests come for interviews and short term-work at the UT Health , Methodist, Santa Rosa, UHS or VA hospitals. UTHealth and Methodist hospital are across the street and one doesn't need UBER or personal car. Great value for medical, dental, nursing and graduate students or medical/dental residents and professionals. Local coffee/sandwich shops, smoothie king, bakery are just few meters away from us.
