I just sold my motorhome and needed an affordable place to land - Matfey's spot fit the bill! There's a private patio right off of the room, which has it's own microwave, refrigerator and Keurig! There were even paper plates and disposable cutlery, which I appreciated. The bed was comfortable, and the extra blankets were appreciated. The bathroom was located right outside of the bedroom door, which was convenient. I would stay here again!

A quiet, comfortable, and peaceful place to sleep. Everything is new in this recently built house. Great pillows and nice hot shower. Private bathroom that is next to the room. House is in a great neighborhood. Host was welcoming and very responsive with a couple things I needed during my four day stay. As a working professional I really appreciate the pricing of this place. And this is a perfect example of a place that is priced to be competitive against hotels. The cleaning fee was not exorbitant and the cost per night made it financially viable. Thank You Matt!!
