Had a great stay, April was so friendly and really helpful - a great host. The accommodation was lovely, really clean, comfortable beds and dog friendly. Lots of lovely little welcome treats and everything you could need in the kitchen. The site is really quiet and has lots of nice walks close by, the little coffee shop and the Ski Bar were great to have within a short walking distance. We will definitely look to stay here again over the summer when visiting friends in the area. Thanks for a lovely stay April!
We had a Brilliant stay! Location was excellent for what we needed April was a great host. Check in was very easy ! The house had everything needed, it was big enough for family with 4 children, sofa bed was very comfortable and we had an extra bedding the house was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely look to book again for future trips! Thank you April
We've just had a wonderful long weekend at No10 Butterfly Place, with our two boys, ages 6 and 3. Superb static, with wonderful hosts. From start to finish it's been a great experience. Booking was straightforward. April provided really clear directions for arrival which made the process quick and easy. The attention to detail was second to none, from bread and milk and treats for the boys, tea, coffee, sugar, the duck feed which the kids thought was fantastic! Board games, DVDs, books for adults and children. Toiletries, iron, WiFi, a kitchen equipped with everything you could think of, including an air fryer! We couldn't have asked for more. It was spotless, warm and cosy and very homely. April was on hand if anything was needed (it wasn't, she's thought of everything!) there's lots of leaflets available on the local area too, which is helpful! The boys have loved exploring, going to the beach and the local playgrounds, which are great!! We can't wait to come back!!
There is a lovely pond that attracts some beautiful wildlife, you may be lucky enough to have some swans, geese and ducks as your neighbours. For the keen and not so keen walkers a coastal walk around the Hodbarrow Outer Barrier (sea wall) is on the door step, it is also part of the coastal path, with some breath-taking views and an old lighthouse that can be walked to. Haverigg is on the outskirts of the beautiful Lake District, which can be accessed via car with Coniston Water only 25 miles away. The market town of Ulverston is within 30 minutes drive, which is worth a visit to the quaint and independent shops. Muncaster Castle is situated in an idyllic setting, with enough to entertain the full family.
Many of the amenities are within walking distance with the ski bar serving drinks and hot food which overlooks a beautiful lake also a local shop and ice cream parlour or more just a short drive. There is free parking next to the static home.

I am very family oriented and love to spend time with my children and grandchildren, who also love to come to Harbour Lights on holiday. I spoil my fur babies and they are the most pampered pups around. I enjoy being in the outdoors, taking in the scenery and going for a stroll on the beach. I am sociable and chatty, I love to have a laugh and a joke with people.
