The bed is super comfy with a mattress pad and a zero gravity mattress base to adjust the perfect head and foot lift for you. This house is in a 55+ community. Guests are welcome to stay for up to 90 days without being 55 years old and up. It is a quiet community, and the house is great with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Your bed has a comfortable mattress pad on it and has a remote controlled (zero gravity) lift for both the back of the bed and the foot of the bed. Your bathroom would be yours alone, and it is right next to the bedroom. There is a lake out back and a nice space to enjoy the sunsets. I also have a small fire pit and a couple of torches in the corners of the yard. It creates a very nice ambience.
