The room and bathroom was exactly as described, super clean and comfortable. Joyce was a fantastic host, incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

I’m not sure I would describe this place as a bed and breakfast. It was a room in her house which was misleading. The bed is pretty hard if that’s something you like. The room was what we needed. Good space, adjacent restroom. House was no cooler than 82 degrees at all hours of the day for four days. We struggled to check in. There was minimal direction and couldn’t find the key. The door was unlocked but the house was dark. Couldn’t tell if it was the space we booked and didn’t want to wander the house in case it wasn’t. Large restroom, good light blocking curtains. Joyce provided bottled water which was kind.

Comfortable, clean well-appointed bed in a spare bed room with a desk, tv, fridge, wifi and a private spotless bath right next to it. The house is the well lived in home of Joyce who is relaxed, likes to laugh, and is very helpful but respects privacy. The spot was great for a week of remote work plus nearby visits to see my dad who was just a mile away. Joyce lent me her bike for early morning rides and gave me access to the screened in porch with flowering cactus and shrubs out back. She seemed like my favorite cousin by the end of the week! Ideal for single female travelers.

I highly recommend Joyce's place to stay. She went above and beyond for this guest. My small project that needed her touch made all the difference in the world. I received many praises on this project because of her kindness and generosity. The room I booked was very clean, cozy and just what I needed for my brief stay. The bathroom and the rest of her house was clean, welcoming and functional for my needs as well. So again, I highly recommend this place and thank Joyce for making it a wonderful and inviting place to stay.
