There is a permanent tenant above Adenas place that was very loud at all hours of the night with constant heavy walking, banging around and occasional loud music. Also, the shower curtain rod isn't secure at all. It was literally resting on the shower tiles, and both interior doors were coming off the hinges. Uncomfortable bed and couch. Bedroom furniture arranged in the worst way. Why not have the bed 90 degrees so you can have two end tables for cellphone charging, glasses, etc? Also, left us 3 tiny garbage bags and a cup of laundry detergent for an 8 night stay.

This was the perfect spot to stay! It had everything we needed and is located in a quiet suburb. It made for the perfect spot to explore Pheonix

Place was beautiful and clean. Adena was just a text away with anything we needed and was very sweet and helpful.

Fabulous stay! This was very clean and prefect for our small group. It was private and had a lovely pool.

I accidentally lost the keys and felt so bad but the owner was extremely accommodating and brought new keys that night. She is a great host!
