This house is lakefront with a dock on an Army Corps of Engineers (COE) owned lake. The dock is not allowed for use of personal watercraft, but the shoreline is public land that can be used for fishing and swimming. It is a flood control lake so water levels can vary depending on time of year. Lake is typically full from May - October.
