“A fairytale house in the woods.” I am sure this is the best house in Hamden. It’s quiet, comfortable, and safe. Christine actively communicates with guests and tries to solve problems. She's kind and always likes to communicate. This was the first Airbnb of my life. And it's probably the best Airbnb ever. It's my first time in the U.S., and thank you for your consideration and help so that I can adapt well at first. It was an unforgettable time. If you come to New Haven, Hamden or Yale, make sure you stay here!

Christine was welcoming, immediately remedied anything that presented itself. Responds quickly to messages. The only bummer is while it looks like you would have a lot of space to store your items from the pictures. They are full of owners items spare leaving guest with one small rack space under the tv and a cloth cubby holder. The room is big so you can store your items between the wall and bed but there’s not really a lot of room to unpack. In the pictures it shows a detachable handheld shower head, it is not what is pictured. As well it is a jacuzzi tub but I wouldn’t recommend turning it on, I did and black specks came out. So I filled it and ran it with cleaner 3 times and it helped but still soot came out. Fridge space can be a little tight due to number of occupants but everyone was very nice. Overall a good stay.

Christine is a warm and responsive host. At a time when my girlfriend and I really needed a place to stay, Christine took care of us like family. The room is beautiful, and luxurious, with easy to control temperature, and everything’s connected to Alexa as well. Not to mention a great shower. Christine is very responsive, and flexible as a host, and really helps to make the whole experience smooth and fun. If ever in the new haven area, there isn’t a better place to stay. I would recommend staying at this Airbnb to anyone.😁😁
