Exactly as advertised, and perfect for my son and I as we continue a 10-day trip to see various historical sites. I could easily see people (two couples, perhaps) having enough space. The unit was very well cleaned, and looked exactly like the pictures. We were also visiting Yale, and it's very close to campus. Parking was available on the street, close by. I would definitely stay here again.
Global Vision was very clear with instructions also provided plenty of information for activities and food in the surrounding area. The place was also very clean and free of clutter
The stay was overall good. Everything was nice and clean. It was located in a very nice area with lots to do but it was also super calm. The only issue we came across was that the building’s elevator was broken, therefore we had to carry our suitcases down and up various floors.
Really excellent communication. I needed to contact the lister several times, I don’t think I ever waited more than 5 minutes for a response. Very close to the yale school of management, and an easy walk to downtown’s bars and restaurants
I must express my extreme disappointment with the overall experience. To begin with, the lift was out of order, leaving us to carry our luggage up to the fifth floor without any assistance. There was no security person, cleaner, or anyone available to help, making the process even more challenging. Upon entering the apartment, it became apparent that the place was in a state of neglect. The furniture was old and worn, the utensils were clearly well-used, and there was a noticeable lack of cleaning materials. The linen was dirty, the couch emitted an unpleasant odor, and the cushions were unwashed with visible stains. When I attempted to address these concerns with the owner, Jay-he responded with threats and displayed extreme rudeness. Feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied, I requested to leave after just one day of my planned 9-day stay. Shockingly, Jay refused to refund the remaining 8 days. It is evident that the owner, Jay, prioritizes financial gain over guest satisfaction. NO NO
