Recently renovated apartment, offers a bright and elegant bedroom, cozy living room with fully-equipped open kitchen and modern bathroom with shower. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided for all guests. Apartment features: Bedroom : A welcoming bedroom equipped with a double bed sized 140*190, offering a peaceful space to rest after a busy day exploring the city. Fresh linens and soft pillows are provided to ensure your comfort. Bathroom : The full bathroom has a shower, ideal for freshening up in the morning or relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Fresh towels are provided for your stay, allowing you to travel lighter and enjoy all the comforts of home. Shower gel and shampoo samples, a couple of toilet papers rolls are also included to accomodate your arrival. Living room : Our bright and comfortable living room is the perfect place for you to relax and unwind. Enjoy moments of conviviality with family or friends in this warm and welcoming space. Smart TV and fast wifi is provided for your enternaintment. For added flexibility, the living room is also equipped with a sofa bed sized 140*190, providing sleeping space for 2 person. Kitchen: The fully equipped open kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals with ease. You will find everything you need for cooking, including a Nespresso coffee machine, stove, mini oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and kitchen utensils, dinnerware and glasses. Additionally, tea, coffee and sugar are provided in the apartment for your convenience.

Bruno es un excelente anfitrión. Respondió siempre y muy rápido (a pesar de los cambios de horarios desfavorables para él) y muy fluido y educado. El alojamiento era lo que está descripto: Muy limpio y súper bien provisto para tres pasajeros. Es tan espacioso como se ve en las fotos (justo para nosotros: matrimonio e hijo adolescente) Las camas son amplias y los colchones cómodos. La blanquería muy limpia, igual que el baño. Es un primer piso con escalera caracol sin inconvenientes. La ubicación es muy accesible, con el metro a 50mts en un barrio del París original: cotidiano y no turista. Lleno de locales para abastecerte de todo, bares muy lindos, un supermercado enfrente y panaderías excelentes. Es un barrio con mucho movimiento de día pero no bullicioso y es muy silencioso de noche. Nos sentimos seguros volviendo tarde.

A great spot for a Parisian getaway! - Convenient location: Situated on a charming Parisian street, close to metro and bus stops, shops, and cafes. Montmartre attractions are within walking distance. - Easy check-in: Bruno's clear instructions made late-night arrival hassle-free. Checking out was just as simple. - Excellent communication: Bruno was always reachable, though we didn't have any pressing issues. - Well-equipped: everything we needed for a week-long stay, from Wi-Fi to kitchen supplies. Bruno even provided essentials like oil. - Cozy interior: bright, clean, and comfortable, though lacking extravagance. Drawbacks: there are a few minor details that differentiate Bruno's apartment from a room at the Ritz, like a worn staircase and a slightly small bedroom, but given the price, it's still a fantastic choice!
