Fishing is excellent right off the dock. The lake is equipped with all the amenities you would find at a resort with three kayaks, three paddleboards, a paddleboat, swim raft, and various water toys available for you to use, you'll never run out of things to do! The boat launch and second sandy swimming beach are just 1.5 miles down the road, directly across from the property at Chilton Park. If you're looking for some land adventures, there's walking, biking, and hiking trails nearby in the Smokey Hills State Forest! When it comes to dining, some of the best places are within a 15-minute drive and are also accessible via snowmobile and four wheeler/UTV trail systems. Smokey Hills State Forest OHV and Two Inlets State Forest OHV connects to many miles of state and local trail systems. The trail head is just a half miles away with easy access.
