We had a fun weekend getaway at the Wilds! Cabin was perfect and comfortable. We had adequate space for 3 adults and an infant. Lots of outdoor activities included: games at the lodge, sand beach, private dock, and great play yard for the kids. The host was very upfront and informative. Responded to questions in a timely manner, very easy communication! The location is on the lake and right between two bigger towns. Very safe. Definitely would recommend and hope to stay here again!

Great little place, so peaceful and the hosts/owners were awesome!! We had 5 adults in one of the smaller cabins which was actually more spacious that we thought it would be with a well stocked kitchen and air conditioning. If you are traveling with kids they will have a blast swimming and meeting new friends or borrowing a dvd or game from the huge selection at the Lodge, which also provides fresh scooped ice cream and pizza! Only regret is we didn't get to enjoy all the water-sport activities, of which there were many, since we were in town for the Ojibwe Forest Rally which kept our days busy. Would recommend and would stay again.

We absolutely LOVED the atmosphere and amenities offered through this resort!!! The walleye cabin was quite cozy and loved that it was right next to the water, with a great view of the northern lights too, might I add!! My kids loved the ice cream options in the lodge, the park right next door to our cabin, and the beach with all of the included water toys (lily pad mats, sand toys, kayak, paddle boards & boats, and big water inflatable to jump off of). My children had an amazing time, making friends there & memories that will definitely last lifetime!! So happy we booked here and we WILL be back again! :)

Great hosts, had everything ready when we arrived. Cute 3 bedroom cabin right by the water and playground The kids loved the beach and kayaks Also loved the selection of movies & games during a rain storm. Never felt overly crowded, we had enough space to have our own privacy. Showers were warm, everything was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies.. Only complaint was the beds were a little hard, not a deal breaker.
