Ideal for everyone who loves the freedom of self catering holidays, but with the luxury, quality & standards of a good hotel, including on site facilities & entertainment. Fitted out to provide you with home from home comfort providing the perfect place to explore the beautiful beaches of Dorset or the nearby New Forest. (all bedding & towels are provided) Murphy's Lookout is our home away from home retreat. A modern & luxury 2 bedroom holiday home with a full en-suite with shower cubicle to the king size master bedroom plus a second full shower room. Situated in the exclusive gated area of the park - Orchid. The holiday home sleeps 4 comfortably and is ideal for a couple, family, or two sets of friends (the twin room has 2 full size single beds). A modern, spacious & comfortable well looked after 'home from home', with good quality fixtures & fittings, exceeding the typical standard you may find in many other holiday homes. The main entrance door opens in to a good size entrance hall with plenty of space to store shoes & bags. Kitchen & dining area - The fully fitted kitchen is better than some of us have at home with a full size double electric oven & 5 ring gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and large integral fridge/freezer. There is everything you could possibly need to prepare anything from breakfast, snacks and lunch to a 3 course dinner. Plenty of crockery, glasses, pots, pans and utensils. We even provide a Nespresso coffee machine! The dining table is in the centre of the large kitchen making it a very sociable area for both the chef & the rest of the family. Lounge - A larger than normal luxurious lounge has an 2 extra large comfortable sofas providing a really cosy area to relax with a feature electric fire for cosy nights in watching TV, reading or playing games. A flat screen Smart TV means you can still keep up to date with your favourite TV programmes while you're on holiday. Bedrooms - The master bedroom, with a king size bed & bedside cabinets also has it's own full en-suite shower room, plenty of wardrobe & drawer storage. You'll find a wall mounted TV on top of the fitted dressing table with stool & mirror. There's plenty of space to hang up those holiday outfits & get ready for your nights out. Off the entrance hall & next to the master bedroom is the twin bedroom, with 2 full size single beds, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, chest of drawers, fitted dressing table & stool. This room is suitable for 2 adults not just children due to the size and space of the room and the full size single beds. Family shower room - Another full shower room along the corridor is fitted with a large shower cubicle, wc & basin. Outside - The outside space, a wrap around deck (with gate) is accessed via the main entrance door from the entrance hall or from the patio doors in the lounge providing access to a sunny and secure decking area, with the security of a wrap around balustrade for small children. Ideal for a spot of sunbathing! The outside corner sofa & coffee table is the perfect place for al fresco dining, your mid morning coffee, afternoon cuppa or that holiday cocktail or glass of wine (parasol & base also provided). To get you started, on arrival you can expect a welcome pack with tea, sugar, coffee & fresh milk - just enough for your arrival cuppa. Towels and laundry: We provide the following for your use during your stay: - 1 bath towel per person 1 hand towel per shower room 1 bath mat per shower room Kitchen - one tea towel & oven gloves Please bring your own pool/ beach towels. Included in the price you pay is a full clean of the holiday home after your visit, when we will launder all of the linen and towels on changeover.
