A Good Night’s Rest You have the entire top floor of this 2-story house with very quiet surroundings. We fit quality brand new mattresses as standard to ensure a good night rest. Both bedrooms are at the back and side of the house (not to the front too). This house has been renovated with sleep being paramount for our guests with quality mattresses and linens. Ground Floor Private Entrance There is a small step into the building via a private door and entrance to the side of the house with stairs leading up to your apartment. Lounge Diner: This superior accommodation consists of a large open-plan lounge dining area with a brand-new smart TV (Freeview). Super comfy luxury couch and furniture to relax. You can enjoy a relaxing seating area and a comfortable dining set with seating for four for sit down meals. This room also has huge windows to the front a lovely fireplace, very bright and welcoming with a selection of games and books; that is if you can persuade the kids to get off the iPad! Fully Kitted Out Kitchen There is an excellent kitchen kitted with brand new washer-dryer, induction hob, electric fan assisted oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, ironing facilities, hair dryer plus a large fridge freezer to store a good selection of food items for long term stays. We also make sure you have a supply of dishwasher tablets and washing powders to get you started and a good range of cleaning materials and items so you can hit the ground running. We make sure our knives are sharp, pans are not worn out and not too small and useless. You will have everything you need from a set of placemats, pizza cutters to wine glasses. We genuinely want you to enjoy your stays with us and then stay on as long as you like! Laundry and Heating We make sure you can get your clothes all sorted ASAP with a brand-new washer dryer. You will also find iron, and ironing board to catch up on laundry and small supply of washing (dishwasher and laundry) tablets to get started. The flat is heated by gas controlled thermostatic digital heating - easy to use and pre-set. The same gas boiler system also provides instant hot water as required. Bathroom and Shower Room and WC. There is a full-sized bath with shower with toilet with towels, soap and shampoos to use. Location This apartment is one of our most popular as it is excellently well located within 3 miles of some of the finest beaches in Europe - 7 miles of Golden sands. It’s also within 2.5 miles to a large Tesco supermarket and minutes to a busy high street community with its own restaurants, hairdressers, supermarkets and shops. So no need to drive to go out either. Bournemouth is voted by Brits as one of the top places to stay in the UK. With its very clean beaches (with designated areas for dogs) and amazing sand dunes and delightful Edwardian and Victorian houses. But perhaps, above all, its people of Bournemouth who are very welcoming and friendly and appreciate your stay. Parking There is a private drive with parking for one - two cars for our guests and no restricted parking in the streets near or in front of the property.
