Originally built in Boothbay Harbor and actually transported by barge in the 1920s to the spot it sets now! We have 2 cherry trees, a few small gardens and a fantastic view of the Mighty Kennebec River! The property has been updated over the years and offers soapstone countertops in the kitchen, gas stove and dishwasher perfect for all your cooking needs! We have a great screened in porch perfect for summer nights safe from mosquitos! Both bedrooms as well as the bathroom are on the second floor. Both bedrooms have a wall mounted tv with Wi-Fi and Roku. The bathroom has a walk in shower, stand alone soaking tub, pedestal sink and a stackable washer/dryer. Primary bedroom has a private balcony as well. There is a stand alone detached building that is off limits to guests. It is our art studio/storage space.
