INDOOR LIVING: Free cable and WiFi, Smart 55" TV's in living room and bedrooms, 12" Signature Design by Ashley Chime Memory Foam mattresses. KITCHEN: Fully equipped, dine-in, drip coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, microwave, dish-ware & flat ware. This home is one side (left side) of a 2-family townhome. Maximum occupancy is 4 no exceptions. The other side is occupied year around. We are located on a side street off a country road in a small town.
We are located less than a mile right off of I75. Just a couple of turns and you will arrive at the duplex. There you will have a private driveway that will accommodate 2 vehicles to the left side of the unit. To go to local restaurants, stores, and attractions you will need transportation. Uber is not common in our rural area.
