The 70 m2 accommodation is located on the first floor of a villa reachable via a flight of 12 + 4 steps and is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka and traditional oven - Living area with dining table, sofa, split A/C and TV - Bedroom I with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe - Bedroom I with double bed, single bed, chest of drawers and clothes hanger in the alcove - Toilet with wc, bidet, bathtub and shower box - Private covered patio, equipped with table, chairs and sofas. Additional services available to guests: parking space outside the gate, UNLIMITED WIFI, heating via split, drying rack, iron and ironing board. The garden, shared with the entire villa and shared with the other guests, is equipped with: - Outdoor swimming pool open from 15/06 to 30/09, equipped with closed shower - Dining area covered by a pergola, equipped with a kitchen with gas stove and stone table and benches - Pizza oven and barbecue (NOT equipped with wood/materials to use them) - Relaxation area with sofas.
