We loved our stay here. Property was so cute, super cosy once the fire was going. Probably the best stocked kitchen of anywhere we have stayed, plenty of plates, cups, utensils, baking trays etc. No excuse not to snuggle up by the fire and cook something delicious! A lovely selection of tasty treats left for us on arrival as well. Highly recommend!

If anything the listing undersells this place. A fantastic, homely but well appointed retreat that sits at the foot of some beautiful walking tracks. Well hosted and easy to access, can’t recommend this place highly enough!

This place was perfect. We were lucky to get it on a busy weekend. It was perfectly located for the things we wanted to see in Maldon and Bendigo. The kitchen was great and the wood stoves were fun and made the place really cosy, but there was plenty of other heating. The beds were great and so was the bathroom. We cooked and ate in and loved it, but there are places nearby that looked like they would have been fun to eat at. The house was large for the three of us. We really liked it.
