This home sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom with full size bed and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom also includes a plush full size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep. The home’s guest bathroom includes a pedestal sink and walk-in shower. THINGS TO NOTE: • This home does not offer laundry facilities. • This home does not offer a range/oven or dishwasher. • Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles with room for a small boat trailer. • Please note that the homeowner lives in a separate home on the property. • Guests will have access to the neighborhood fishing pier and boat launch (small boats under 20' only) that is .05 mile from the home.
