Price for six guest spaces is phenomenal. Home was older, and price is reflective of that... it's charming and quirky. Everything you need is there! Grocery store only a few miles away. Owner has lots of plans to fix things up in future. In the meantime, enjoy the now! (mild heads-up for mobility-impaired-- steps up into foyer then steps down into main level-- bedrooms are additions and are slightly lower level than main house. Can be startling if you are balance-impaired.)

A friend and I needed a place to stay for a fishing trip to Inks Lake and Lake LBJ. This home is very convenient to both lakes and was perfect for our needs. There was space to park our boat and trailer. It is just a couple blocks to highway 1431 and access to Kingsland and Marble Falls. The host was extremely responsive to questions. We will be back for future fishing trips.

Stephanie was amazing and understanding. Our two dogs felt right at home especially with a big fenced in yard. Perfect distance between state park and marble falls!

It was easy to get to, and clean. Nice backyard to relax at. Stephanie was very prompt to fix issues that we had and quick to answer questions.
