Combined, these homes comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. Kingsland Casita This home sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and full size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom also includes a full size bed. The home’s guest bathroom includes a pedestal sink and walk-in shower. Efficiency Kitchen with full size refrigerator/freezer. Kingsland Bungalow This home sleeps 2 guests in a private bedroom inclusive of a full size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. Mini-Fridge, Microwave, and coffee maker. THINGS TO NOTE: • These homes do not offer laundry facilities. • These homes do not offer a range/oven or dishwasher. • Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles with room for a small boat or jet skis trailer. • Please note that the homeowner lives in a separate home on the property. • Guests will have access to the neighborhood fishing pier and boat launch (small boats under 20' only) that is .05 mile from the home.
