The Butchertown neighborhood is one of the fastest growing parts of Louisville. The house is located next to the extremely popular and trendy NuLu neighborhood. You can walk or ride bikes to many different restaurants, shops and bars in this popular area.
The house is 2 blocks from the new soccer stadium (expected to be completed in 2019) and Slugger Field baseball stadium. We are 2 miles from the YUM center and downtown Louisville business district.

The neighborhood is quite walkable, and there are city bike stations located down the street. Louisville also offers a variety of free and paid bus routes, and there is plenty of street parking available for anyone who prefers to drive. Interstate access can be found within a few blocks in either direction of the house making the rest of the city easy to access.
