We had a lovely stay, the room was great and the building is walking distance to a lot of fun stuff to do. The building itself was sort of like a hotel but way way way nicer and way cheaper. Would stay again.

As a someone who regularly visits Nashville, and this time for CMA Fest, the location is PERFECT to all downtown attractions. Once I parked in the secure garage, never moved my car. Walked to everything, including Nissan Stadium, Broadway and Ascend. Will be back!!!

We were shocked with the amount of times you have to use your phone to unlock literally the elevator to live after you’ve used it ten times to get inside. The unloading area is 100degrees in the dark and rushed at 20 mins to unload your things nothing to carry with and then get inside stairwells and elevators and find your room …long hallways, carrying heavy bags, rushing back to not get towed?! Had it been raining you have to park so far away and the. What? Walk back in the rain? After carrying heavy bags like you’re in the amazing race just to avoid being towed? We saw tow truck waiting for people! Saw an active tow while we were just trying to run to our room. Will never choose this over a hotel again. Place is so nice, inside, but it’s getting inside that is the major issue not worth the hassles. Further, the hall corridors / staircases were so dirty we didn’t even want our luggage to roll on them. If you’re used to luxury, don’t switch! I need luggage carts !! Full work out here!

Great place if looking to stay somewhere close to downtown Nashville! Walking distance from many attractions and restaurants! Very clean and comfortable! Will definitely stay here again next time!
