Room and bathroom were clean. Air conditioning worked well. Access to fridge for storing food/drinks in kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Owner did not live there, so the space was very private (no other guests at the time that I booked). Jason was very responsive and proactive in communicating. Entering the house was very simple on arrival. Really no complaints about anything. Exceptional airbnb, especially for the price paid. No drama, hassle, or problems with anything!

Overall ok. House was way too cold and there was no real blanket on the bed. Bathroom was very nice though.

I arrived at the location and there was a lock box with keys. Easy quick access and VERY clean. Jason left waters for me and that was exactly what I needed after that drive. I immediately checked the place throughout and settled in quickly. I sat on the covered back porch for a while and enjoyed the fact it has a privacy fence. Not a bad area, looks like a family oriented area. I felt like I was starting a great vacation, too bad it was a business trip and had to leave after just one night. I'll be looking for this guys rentals next visit, great pricing and what I liked most. While I was there.. I felt like this was my home. Thanks Jason! Enjoyed it.. see you again!
