Welcome to our stylish 1 bedroom apartment nestled in the serene woods of the beautiful Hudson Valley in New York. World-class shopping and restaurants are just a stone's throw away at Woodbury Commons, and we are conveniently located between the Jehovah's Witnesses World Headquarters (25 minutes), Newburgh Assembly Hall (20 mins) and the new Patterson Visitor Center (50 mins). Guests planning a visit to Legoland (30 mins) or West Point (25 mins) will find our location very convenient as well. Enter the space through the charming (and private) sun porch, and you'll find the main living area features a cozy electric fireplace, creating an atmosphere of warmth and relaxation that is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. From morning coffees to gourmet dinners, you'll find everything you need at your fingertips. The nearby dining area provides a cozy spot to enjoy your culinary creations, while looking out into the nearby woods where you are sure to catch a glimpse of our abundant deer, birds, and the occasional fox. Get a great night's sleep in the large and comfortable 2nd level bedroom, complete with a luxurious king-sized bed and premium linens. The blue sofa in the living room also converts to a bed that sleeps 2, if you have more than two in your party. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are also available in the closet next to the bathroom, allowing you to pack light and keep your clothes fresh. There is also an iron, a clothes steamer, and a hairdryer provided for use by guests during their stay.

Melissa and Matt’s home was the perfect, affordable, home for our short stay. Beautiful decor and super comfortable furniture and beds. Everything you need to cook your own meals awaits you in the well furnished kitchen. We enjoyed using the brand new grill, and my husband enjoyed sitting in the peacefulness of the back yard, carving and conversing with their son. Loved the convenience to local restaurants and shopping. We’d love to come back again!
This place was amazing. Mellissa was so responsive and was able to give us a late checkout when requested. There are so many things to offer in this cute Airbnb !! The washer and drying were great to have and also detergent was supplied. Woodbury is a great place if you’re visiting West Point compared to other places offered to stay. Mellissa was great and her place is so cute!!!

Mellissa’s place was a wonderful place to stay, quiet and comfortable. It proved a peaceful place to come back to and relax after each busy day. Mellissa was very responsive to my text and answered all of our questions. We would love to stay with her again!
Melissa and Matt were friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make my stay feel comfortable and accessible — even offering access to a renovated outdoor area not mentioned in the listing. They truly created a well designed 2 floor apartment. The automatic lights on the staircase were such a nice touch when traversing the stairs after dark! The location is very close to Harriman, which was a big draw for me. The only drawbacks were 1) an occasional very loud siren (Melissa was transparent and did warn me about it before I booked) and 2) the apartment did not feel completely private from the main house. I was there in March, however — I imagine there would be much more foliage/cover in later months. All considered, terrific apartment and great stay.

The apartments are in the back of our property at the top of the hill. There is ample parking for two or more vehicles in front of the apartment, with plenty of room to turn around. The property has access to Interstate 87, 84, and route 6 and 17 - all just a couple of miles away.
The owners live on a separate house on the other side of the property, so they are nearby if there are any major issues. Please note that they appreciate their privacy, and will also respect yours.
