Enjoy easy access to everything from this ideally located clean and comfy private room with a shared washroom and kitchen. 4 min walk to the river Thames 5 min walk to Tower Bridge 6 min walk to London Bridge Station 10 min walk to Borough Market I am a single-male live-in host. * Room available to MEN ONLY. * Single occupancy only (1 person only). * No Lounge. * Kitchen, toilet, and shower are shared with the host. * External noise can be intrusive - I provide earplugs. The flat is on the first floor and is accessible via stairs only, i.e., one level up from the ground floor, without a lift or escalator. While generally quiet, external noise can sometimes be intrusive, so I offer earplugs. My apartment consists of 4 rooms: 1 - The guest's private room 2 - The shared kitchen 3 - The shared washroom 4 - The host's (my) private room. The guest room has - a "small double" bed (190cm by 120 cm), - a set of drawers, - a clothes rack with hangers, - a chair - a small table and stool. - blackout blinds for the windows. - fast wifi internet. - internal door bolt for privacy while inside the room. The guest room is accessed via the shared front door and shared hallway. The shared kitchen has everything you need to warm food and prepare simple meals. The shared washroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower. The door has an internal door bolt. No Lounge or other living space exists apart from the shared kitchen and bathroom.

Tian is a fantastic host. He very much goes out of his way to ensure your stay is great. His place is exactly as described and very close to many things.
Absolutely enjoyed the stay at the appartment. The location is great, with oppportunities to get to basicly any place in town easily, while being in a more calm place itself. The place itself was clean and tidy and everything that was advertised was available. Christian was very proactive as a host and ensured that the stay was as pleasant as it could be. Definitely would recommend to anyone that is looking to go around and explore the city!
Chris is very welcoming and an absolute gentleman. It felt like staying with family. He was so nice to offer breakfast. The whole house was spotless clean with everything you need including a phone charger, shampoo and bottles of water. The location is also great, right next to London Bridge station. By far the best Airbnb that I have stayed in London.
Christian went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The accommodation itself comfortable but also clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. I truly felt like a valued guest throughout my entire stay.

Central London, South of the river Thames, between London Bridge and Tower Bridge, next to Bermondsey Street and London Bridge Station. Maltby Street Market and Borough Market are both within easy walking distance.
Excellent public transport links with London Bridge Station, many local busses serving every part of London and the river ferry all a short walk from the flat (10 min or less!)
