The place was as described . Very spacious second living room . Would have loved to have more tv options and WiFi to accommodate something entertaining to do while there for the kids

A bit of a mixed review for this home. Hosts were super quick to respond and help resolve issues. (I.e. the AC broke the one day, and they had someone out to fix it that night) Cons: Be aware, there is no wifi at this home. The only TV is a small one in the front room, and without wifi there is no streaming. (They do have a DVD player) The upstairs bathroom does not have a shower curtain, so you are limited to one shower downstairs. The beds are only okay, the fitted sheets wouldn’t stay on very well and the pillows were old and flat. The whole house is clearly a fixer upper, so a bit of an old home smell and some stains on carpet/couches. Pros: The kitchen is stocked to cook simple meals. The great room in the back is awesome! The pool table is great and the dining room table is massive. The grills outside were great to be able to use as well. The neighborhood is quiet.

Nice sized home with a great fenced in back yard. The dining area with the pool table and big sofa is a great place for hanging out. The house is two levels and two of the bathrooms are upstairs. There is no wifi, as listed. Great place to relax. Very homey.

I really loved the space. The family dining room was a really great area. If my daughter goes to college in Xenia, I will be booking with them again.
